Nomadico's CMs Retention Program aims to reward the dedication and longevity of our Community Managers (CMs) by offering increased benefits over time. The program introduces a tiered compensation structure based on the duration of a CM's tenure at Nomadico.

The program consists of six periods, each spanning two months:

Period 1 (First 2 months):

• Accommodation in a private room.

Period 2 (Following 2 months, 4 months in total):

• Accommodation in a private room.
• Additional 200€ per month if you stay in the same location as period 1.
• Additional 150€ per month if you change the location.

Period 3 (Following 2 months, 6 months in total):

• Accommodation in a private room.
• Additional 250€ per month.
• Lifetime 5% discount for Nomadico upon completing period 3.

Period 4 (Following 2 months, 8 months in total):

• Accommodation in a private room.
• Additional 300€ per month if you stay in the same location as period 3.
• Additional 250€ per month if you change the location.
